Executive CommitteeThe Executive Committee is the managing and human resource committee of the Board. They review progress on organizational plans, review budget utilization and provide support and advice to management. This includes developing or assisting in developing material as well as planning and developing programs based upon the needs of the membership. Committee Membership
Lana Penner, Chairperson Karen Cockerill Marguerite Smith Tracy Bassa Nominations CommitteeThe Nominations Committee is responsible for the nomination and the conduct of elections of Board Members and Executive Officers at the Annual General Meeting. Committee Membership Charlotte Adolphe, Chairperson Amanda Bouchard Yvonne Oxer Provincial Collective Bargaining CommitteeThe PCBC is responsible for formulating master proposals and an overall plan for negotiations, prioritizing and determining the final list of proposals to be put forward, recommendations concerning bargaining policy and maintaining communication about bargaining with MNU locals/worksites and the MNU Board. The PCBC committee is selected leading up to a bargaining year. Resolutions and Constitution Committee
The committee is struck annually for the purpose of receiving, reviewing and finalizing Resolutions and/or Constitutional Amendments prior to the Manitoba Nurses Union Annual Meeting and any other assignments directed by the Board.

Kim Fraser, Chairperson Discipline Committee
The Discipline Committee is responsible for establishing and maintaining standing rules of procedure as well as conducting hearings of members accused of conduct detrimental to, or reflecting discredit on, the Manitoba Nurses Union. Based on the charges and evidence presented, the Committee determines the guilt or innocence of the accused member and the penalty, if any.
