MNU legal counsel attended a hearing this morning to seek standing as a party to the Sinclair inquiry.

This inquiry was called after the unfortunate events surrounding the death of Mr. Sinclair at the Health Sciences Center Emergency Department.

While the Health Sciences Center will be representing the nurses, we believe that given some of the circumstances, MNU needs to participate in the inquiry to protect the rights and interests of its members.
