The Canadian Health Coalition is encouraging people to visit their website, medicare.ca, to sign their pledge supporting public healthcare in Canada. The page includes a list of prominent Canadians who have signed the pledge, including CFNU President Linda Silas, as well as a video of Canadian actor Keifer Sutherland (the grandson of public healthcare founder Tommy Douglas) talking about the importance of public healthcare.
