Province Provides Update on Flu Fight

The government of Manitoba released their 7th Flu Bulletin since September 29th yesterday, updating Manitobans on the current vaccine supply and on the status of the flu spread in Manitoba. According to the bulletin 160,000 doses of the vaccine have been given out so far, with 31,000 shots being administered per day at peak capacity.

There are currently 14 patients in intensive care units with severe respiratory illnesses. Ten of those patients are on ventilators, but as of yet only one has tested positive for H1N1.
