All eight sites have achieved parity in terms of wages and benefits, and will also recieve maternity leave top up and an increase to RRSP contributions of 1.1 per cent.

The eight properties covered under this new agreement are Beacon Hill Lodge, Valley View Care Centre, Parkview Place, Posiedon Care Centre, Maples Personal Care Home, Kildonan Personal Care Centre, Heritage Lodge and Charleswood Care Centre.
