CFNU President, Linda Silas, extended thanks to CFNU members across the country for their generous support of the Haitian relief effort.  The fund was established in January, following the 7.0 magnitude earthquake which left the impoverished island nation in shambles. 

To date over $71,000 has been raised, with MNU contributing $5,000 to the cause. 
The funds were sent to aid the work of Doctors without Borders.
