Student Membership

We are pleased to offer a no-fee student membership. Students currently registered as a full-time or part-time student in an educational program leading to a certificate, diploma or degree (including post-graduate), are accepted as a Student Member if they are not already entitled to Regular Membership.

Student Membership allows you to participate as an observer at Board Meetings and the Annual General Meetings. You will receive copies of our news magazines and are eligible for our discount program.

We believe this is one of the first steps to a closer relationship between MNU, nursing students and new nurses in Manitoba.  We encourage you to submit your application form to ensure you recieve current and correct information on the changing and evolving issues impacting nursing today.

I hereby make application to be a Student Member of the Manitoba Nurses' Union.  I agree to be bound by the Constitution and By-Laws of the Manitoba Nurses' Union.  I am aware that this membership is renewable on a bi-annual basis.

I am further aware that Privacy laws apply and my information will be available only to Manitoba Nurses' Union staff and/or service providers, for the distribution of information from the Manitoba Nurses' Union or research related to services and information provided by the Manitoba Nurses' Union.
