MNU is pleased to announce that we secured RHA agreement to launch the Online Workload Staffing Reports (WSRs) to Interlake-Eastern Central Table worksites/locals.
WSRs were designed to be able to capture key data about safe staffing levels and to share important information to maintain standards for both nurses and patients. The easier it is to capture this data, the better the information, and the more MNU will be able to act on behalf of its members.
For our members in Prairie Mountain Health and Southern Health, we kindly ask that you continue to use paper WSR forms, until such time that we can launch the Online WSR in your region.
MNU has an informative visual step-by-step guide to assist members and make filling out the Online WSR as easy as possible. This guide offers helpful bits of information including tips on sections such as ‘details of unresolved situation’, ‘availability of alternatives’, and ‘recommendations.
