The Government of Canada is conducting a public, online consultation to inform the development of a Safe Long-Term Care Act.
There are three ways to participate:
- by completing the online questionnaire at this link
- by sending an email to ltc-sld@hc-sc.gc.ca and sharing your ideas or comments, or to request a printed version of the form to mail in
- by participating by mail, as the public can send a letter with your ideas and in put to this address: Home and Long-Term Care Unit, Health Canada, 4th floor Jeanne Mance Building, 200 Eglantine Driveway, Tunney’s Pasture, Ottawa, ON K1A 0K9
