MNU is proud to announce that a series of mini-documentary videos are now available for viewing at innercourage.ca!

These four videos, which were produced in conjunction with Tripwire Media Group, feature two members Jennifer and Jo-anne; Kelly, the spouse of a member; and for the behind-the-scenes video, our very own Brandi Johnson, senior manager of communications and external relations.

This series of mini-docs is named “The Frontline Is Not Okay,” to show that throughout the pandemic, nurses and their families have suffered and sacrificed in silence. It’s time for that to change.

We created the innercourage.ca website in the spring of 2021 and have seen it grow into a movement where nurses and their families began sharing stories of how the COVID-19 pandemic affected their lives. We are very grateful to Kelly, Jo-anne and Jennifer for bravely coming forward to talk about their experiences openly and honestly.

This video series has been shared via our social media channels on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, and it is our hope that you will share them as well, so as to reach as wide an audience as possible.
