We know that strong, two-way communication is key to building a union that truly represents its members. Your feedback helps us advocate for you more effectively and ensures that your concerns, ideas, and experiences are at the forefront of our work. There are many ways for you to share your thoughts with us, and every piece of feedback makes a difference.
Here’s how you can make your voice heard:
Social Media: Drop a comment, send a DM, or join the conversation on any of our social media platforms. We monitor and gather feedback regularly, using it to inform our meetings, campaigns, and ongoing advocacy efforts. Keep it respectful and within our community guidelines, but don’t hesitate to speak up.
Pulse Check: Want to weigh in on our bi-weekly newsletter? Every edition of The Pulse includes a short survey where you can tell us what you think. Your input directly shapes future newsletter editions, so we encourage you to keep the feedback coming!
Surveys: From provincial bargaining to event feedback, our surveys are a direct way to influence MNU’s actions. We take your responses seriously, and they help us make strong cases for change and improvement.
Regional Presidents & Local/Worksite Executives: Prefer to chat with someone local? Your regional president or local/worksite executive is always a good point of contact. They’ll ensure your feedback is shared with MNU Provincial Office. In fact, at every board meeting, your regional president reports on what’s happening in your part of the province. This is a great way to share information you see trending in your workplace.
Phone: Sometimes, it’s just easier to talk. Give us a call at 204-942-1320 and we’ll make sure your concerns or suggestions reach the right people.
Email: Email us anytime at info@manitobanurses.ca or reach out to your Labour Relations Officer directly.
At MNU, your feedback is a driving force behind our work, and we can only grow as strong as each individual among us. So, please, get and stay engaged. It helps us all! Let’s keep the conversation going—we’re here to listen and advocate for you.
