In recent months, MNU has successfully negotiated several Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs). An MOA is a formal, signed document that serves as an addendum to the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
The purpose of an MOA is to address and document a mutual agreement between MNU and the Employer Organizations regarding specific issues that may arise during the term of the CBA.
Previously, our MOAs were housed on the MNU Member Portal. However, going forward, all MOAs will be posted and available for download on our Memorandums of Agreement page.
